Executive Summary

We restructured the Sunstone site from a dense, 11-section page into a focused 5-section sales funnel. Price, configuration, and metro distance were pulled from a buried sidebar into the first viewport, and the brochure CTA was moved inline.

By answering the buyer's core questions instantly, engagement with the primary CTA improved by ~35%. The sales team subsequently confirmed a noticeable increase in brochure downloads and high-intent enquiries.

Product

Sunstone Premium 3 BHK Bungalows

Joka (Gems Group)

Context

A 7-acre gated enclave of luxury 3BHK bungalows near Kolkata’s Joka Metro. The site needed to capture serious homebuyers and investors.

Objective

Quickly convey the value proposition (affordable luxury, location) and frictionlessly guide visitors to enquire or download a brochure.

The Challenge

The original page contained all required info, but critical decision-making factors were buried or missing entirely.

1

Weak Hierarchy

Pricing, configuration, and project status were buried deep in a side panel instead of being highlighted instantly.

2

Heavy Cognitive Load

Long, endless paragraphs and bullet lists for specs and amenities forced users to scroll without focus.

3

Mixed Messaging

Generic marketing copy dominated the fold, mixing crucial lifestyle facts into walls of text.

4

Low Scannability

A lack of custom icons or supportive visuals meant users had to read paragraphs to find simple answers.

5

Buried CTAs

The only 'Download Brochure' action sat at the very bottom of the page, invisible to early-stage browsers.

What We Wanted To Fix

  • Immediate ClarityFront-load the most important facts (price, location, green space) so visitors instantly know what is offered.
  • Stronger Trust SignalsHighlight reputation and credibility through concrete data features (investment zone, construction quality).
  • Reduced Cognitive LoadBreak content into scannable, digestible sections fortified by custom iconography.
  • Prominent InterventionsPlace enquiry actions rapidly up the page, so motivated buyers can act without hunting for forms.

User Personas

Through analytics review and live interviews, we identified three core demographics mapping to unique information-gathering styles.

1

The Young Homebuyer

Reordering information architecture into a logical sales funnel.

Project Highlights Banner

Front-loaded price, product type, connectivity, and investment angles directly into the first scroll view.

Visual Stats Panel

Solidified trust with numerical metrics. Highlighting '40,000 sqft lifestyle club' and '7 acres of low-density living' prominently.

Accelerated CTA Capture

Introduced a slim 'Download Brochure' inline-form immediately following the hooks, converting curiosity rapidly.

Connectivity Deep-Dive

Visual map systems proving distance claims to Joka and Thakurpukur outposts definitively.
